Privacy notice

What we collect

This website collects personal information only when you choose to send a message through the contact form: your name, your email address, the optional topic you select, and the message you write.

The site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. A short preference for pausing animation may be stored in your own browser if you use that control; it never leaves your device.

How we use it

We use the details you send only to read and reply to your message. We do not add you to mailing lists, sell your information, or share it with anyone for marketing.

How it is delivered and stored

When you submit the form, your message is checked on our server and forwarded as an email to our inbox through a transactional email provider. The website itself does not keep a database of messages.

Messages are kept in our inbox only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting conversation, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Basic technical safeguards — such as limiting how often messages can be sent — rely on your IP address for a short time and are not used to identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by writing to play@sherasounds.live. You can also contact us by email instead of using the form.

Changes

If the way this website handles information changes, this notice will be updated on this page.
